On day 1 the topics of Advanced Assembly having different configuration was delivered in the first half of the workshop whereas students also did the han
ds on the same topic.
In the second half of the session, the topic of Structural Analysis of the component was shown and the theory behind it was delivered where the students get an in-depth idea of calling the design safe or failed depending on the results interpretation.
On day 2 the topic of Flow analysis was delivered where students can get the idea of how the flow is going to be under the whole assembly and also get the idea of internal flow as well as external flow over the body. In which they get the idea of how the velocity of the fluid increases or decreases and the pressure gradient of the flow.
In the second session, the students get hands on the CAM capabilities of CNC operations on the software where the basic milling operations like rough facing and pocket milling and finishing cuts. They also learned how to export the operations as CNC G Code file according to the post-processor like FANUC, SIEMENS, NX, MAZZAK etc.
Also, students get the hands-on workshop on rendering the product and generate finished product images for marketing purposes.
The students were energetic and enthusiastic about learning new topics.
